To celebrate Diversity Day, our teams gathered around a table, not just to eat, but to share a part of who they are.
Each dish told a story:
– Philippe brought Kniddelen mat Speck, a traditional Luxembourgish family recipe.
– Leonardo introduced us to Pão de Queijo, a favorite Brazilian specialty.
– Sébastien surprised us with an Apéro Baguette, a family friend’s recipe perfect for sharing.
Between bites and conversations, we were reminded that diversity isn’t just a value we promote, it’s something we live every day. It’s what gives strength to our teams, fosters innovation, and makes collaboration richer and more meaningful.
We believe that every background, every story, and every perspective adds a new layer to what we build together.
