Administrative Assistant (M/F/X)
Your main mission consists in providing support to ensure efficient office operations in the following fields:
➢ Administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, welcome and support visitors
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Accounting of suppliers invoices
➢ Marketing Support tasks
• Order marketing material (business cards, branded paper, blocs, pencils)
• Maintenance activity of “on-line catalogue” (creation of new articles and review / modification of existing ones)
• General administrative activity for marketing (such as support in the preparation of fairs, expos or business meetings)
➢ Purchasing tasks
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting purchase orders
